There is no minimum order value. However, in NL and BE you pay the shipping costs up to an order amount of €75 yourself.

You will receive an automatic payment reminder if your payment is not successfully completed. If you have selected Klarna as your payment method, please check in your Klarna account if the payment is successful. For more information about the payment status, please contact our customer service.

If a green check mark appears next to your bank, there is no malfunction and your iDeal payment has failed for other reasons. In that case, please contact our customer service.

1. For post-payment with Klarna you need a Klarna account that has been verified. It could be that Klarna the amount you are trying to pay is not accepted by Klarna. Please contact Klarna.
2. There is a limit of € 200 on post-payment with Klarna. If you want to pay an order higher than €200, please contact our sales department.

We currently deliver to all countries within the EU.

An average delivery is 1-3 business days.

There are exceptions for certain products and product groups.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, any protection still in place and contain the original packaging.

The color of light or color temperature is expressed in Kelvin value. The full spectrum ranges from 1800K to 16000K. The lower the value the warmer the light color. The higher the value the colder the light color.
